RICE IS ONE OF THE MAIN TYPES OF FOOD IN WHOLE WORLD


Rice is one of the most cultivated types of plant in the whole world. It is easy to produce and can be picked a few times a year. Because of that it is one of the main types of food in the world.

Technically speaking, brown and white rice is the same thing.

The only difference is in the way of production.

Once you take a layer of brown rice, you get white rice. If you take the nutritional values of both types of rice, in the end, you get basically the same product.
