SUGAR IN FRUITS? I THOUGHT FRUITS ARE HEALTHY.


SHOULD WE AVOID THE FRUITS BECAUSE OF THE SUGAR IT CONTAINS?


The answer is very simple - NO!


Remember this - sugar from fruit and sugar from sweets and juices, are the same, BUT with one very BIG DIFFERENCE! Fruit sugar is rich in minerals, vitamins, fiber, and phytonutrients...

This leads us to the conclusion that fruit is healthy for us and our bodies!




THE SUGGESTED AMOUNT OF FRUITS PER DAY


Everyone should have at least five portions of a variety of fruit and vegetables daily.

An adult portion of fruit or vegetables is 80g.
