Oh no, it's already 7:30 am and you didn't eat? You look at the clock and there is no more time for breakfast, you have to run to take the kids to school after that work at the office is waiting for you. No worries you think, I will grab something on the road. There is a Starbucks on the way I will catch something. No big deal, from tomorrow I will start my healthy diet.

Sounds familiar? Are you in the same situation?

Running from here to here, with no time for healthy food? No time to cook, maybe no idea what would you possibly eat? No worries, we have a super easy and delicious meal for you.


HEALTHY AND YUMMY? NO WAY!


We often think that healthy food has to be awkward, something we need to eat, not enjoy. Oh, how wrong is that? We bring you, the 3 most delicious receipts for super easy preparation.



CUCUMBER MINT DETOX DRINK


Ingredients:

  • 1 cucumber

  • 8-10 mint leaves

  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

  • Ice cubes

  • Ices water

  • Lemon rings and mint leaves

Preparation:

  • Peel, chop, and blend cucumber, mint leaves, and 1 cup of water.

  • Strain and discard pulp.

  • Add lemon juice, black salt and dilute with water if needed.

  • Pour the beverages into glasses, put some ice cubes, and garnish with lemon rings and mint leaves


HUMMUS AND VEGGIE WRAP UP


Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons hummus

  • 1 whole wheat tortilla (8 inches)

  • 1/4 cup torn mixed salad greens

  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped sweet onion

  • 2 tablespoons thinly sliced cucumber

  • 2 tablespoons alfalfa sprouts

  • 2 tablespoons shredded carrot

  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinaigrette

Preparation:

Spread hummus over the tortilla. Layer with salad greens, onion, cucumber, sprouts, and carrots.

Drizzle with vinaigrette. Roll up tightly. Make it warm if you like.


FRUIT AND NUT DARK CHOCOLATE


Ingredients:

  • 12 ounces dark chocolate chips

  • 4 ounces of high-quality trail mix

Preparation:

  • Lay out a large piece of parchment paper.

  • Melt the dark chocolate in the microwave for 1 to 2 minutes. Do not let the chocolate burn, check every 30 seconds.

  • Scoop one tablespoon of chocolate onto the parchment paper and swirl it into a circle using your spoon.

  • Top with the trail mix - ideally a mixture of fruit, nuts, and seeds. Let cool until the chocolate has hardened
