ATTENTION COFFEE LOVERS!


It's been said that coffee is bad for you and that you should avoid it as much as you can, but is that true?

That claim, like many others, is not proven to be true and there is no scientific proof for that.

Even if you drink too much coffee it will not have any adverse effects on your body, it is completely safe for use.


SO, HOW MUCH COFFEE CAN I DRINK?


Even if it is safe to drink coffee, 1 or 2 cups of coffee per day is enough.

Also, if you are not working and you are not tired you should avoid drinking coffee for better effects and performances later in the day.

You should try and avoid coffee before sleeping because it could affect your sleep.
